"This is not Paula's or Brandon's fault, but the underwriters are hard to deal with. I'll admit i was late making my payment. I was 8 hours from home. I couldn't make it in person. So I paid online. Unfortunately my wife was in an accident because her car stalled while turning and was hit by a dump truck on the same day that i made the payment. State Farm denied my claim because they don't process the payment the same day, but they got their money within a few seconds. Also when the state trooper ran our tag number. It showed insurance being active. I was told it doesn't happen immediately because computers are slow. (HUH?) Now I'm stuck with a possible totaled vehicle that I still have to pay for. Seems like State Farm is only a good neighbor when it benefits them."
